  1. Clone avaya-ru server interworking profile and name it as avaya-ru-b2b.
  2. In Advanced tab, in the Record Routes field, click None.

  1. Clone avaya-ru server interworking profile and name it as avaya-ru-b2b.
    The server interworking profile configuration is same. Therefore, you can use the same profile between the two SBCs.
  2. In Advanced tab, in the Record Routes field, click None.

Configure server.
When the Avaya SBC is facing the internet directly, the server configuration for Session Manager must point to the corresponding WAN IP address of the enterprise network or the external IP address of the SBC in DMZ.
Do not configure the server configuration for the Presence server.
