Creating a server interworking profile

  1. Log in to the EMS web interface with administrator credentials.
  2. From the Device menu, click the SBC name to administer.
  3. In the left navigation pane, click Configuration Profiles Server Interworking.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Avaya SBC displays the Interworking Profiles page.
  4. Select the avaya-ru profile, and click Clone.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    Avaya SBC displays the Clone Profile window.
  5. In the Clone Name field, type avaya-ru-multism.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. Click the new avaya-ru-multism profile, and click Timers.
  8. Click Edit.
  9. In the Trans Expire field, type 4.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    This setting supports Fast response timeout towards Session Manager.
  10. Click Finish.
