User roles

Application Center Administration account administrators must assign the reporting role to supervisors to access the supervisor reporting dashboard. You can assign one of the following reporting roles to a supervisor:

  • Reporting_Administrator: The user can make the created views and dashboards private or public. Other users can access public views and dashboards.

  • Reporting_Supervisor: The user can only create private views and dashboards. Other users cannot access private views and dashboards.

Typically, supervisor users are assigned the reporting role and can access the supervisor reporting dashboard, but do not use any other Avaya Workspaces features. For example, the supervisor user cannot handle interactions. The supervisor user can see agents assigned to them in their Application Center Administration agent groups. If you want the supervisor user to handle interactions, you can also assign the agent role to them.

Account administrators can also assign the Reporting_Supervisor role to agents to provide access to certain real-time reports and dashboards.
