Unable to log in

Condition

An agent cannot log in to Avaya Workspaces with Avaya Workspaces credentials and receives the incorrect username or password notification.

Solution

Procedure

  • Ensure that you enter the correct username and password.
  • If you forget the password, contact your account administrator and request resetting the password.

    The account administrator creates a new temporary password and shares it with you. When the you first log in with the new password, Avaya Workspaces prompts you to change the temporary password.
