An agent cannot log in to Avaya Workspaces with Avaya Workspaces credentials and receives the incorrect username or password notification.
Solution
Procedure
Ensure that you enter the correct username and password.
If you forget the password, contact your account administrator and request resetting the password.
The account administrator creates a new temporary password and shares it with you. When the you first log in with the new password, Avaya Workspaces prompts you to change the temporary password.
