You can use thresholds in views to identify and specify levels between the lower and upper end of the normal range for a measure. You can assign different colors for measures below, within, or above the normal range. Real-time views use colors to highlight measures when a measure breaches a configured threshold value. These highlights visually alert real-time reporting users about significant reporting data updates, such as a high volume of waiting calls that require immediate attention.
Users with reporting supervisor and administrator roles can create private thresholds, visible only to the user who creates them. You can also clone an existing private threshold. Cloned thresholds are private. However, a reporting administrator can share the private or cloned thresholds and make them public to all real-time reporting users.
Thresholds and calculated measures also get exported when you export associated views and dashboards.
You can add up to five thresholds for each measure.
Changing the producer resets the thresholds, and you must select the relevant measures again to set the thresholds.
