Accepting a chat interaction

About this task

After you log in to Avaya Workspaces and start working, the interaction area displays incoming interactions as interaction cards.

Procedure

On the chat interaction card, click the Accept Chat Interaction icon for an inbound chat interaction.

Result

Avaya Workspaces displays the Chat and Messaging widget to view the chat conversations. Agents can continue to work on the interaction.
