Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO)

With the Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) application, you can make phone calls, hold video meetings, and communicate with your colleagues in a team chat. You can also invite third-party users to collaborate on a project. The Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) application is available on web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

As an agent or a supervisor, you can log in to the Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) provider in Avaya Workspaces and access enabled Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget.

You can perform the following actions with Avaya Aura X for Avaya Cloud Office (ACO) contacts from the Corporate Contacts widget:

  • View the Presence states of contacts

  • Search for contacts and groups

  • Make direct calls and transfer customer calls

  • Make consultation calls

  • Add contacts to the Favorites list

If the account administrator enables the chat functionality, you can also perform the following actions:

  • Search for chats

  • Send messages in one-to-one and group chats

  • Send messages in a group conversation
