About this task
After you log in to Avaya Workspaces and start working, the interaction area displays incoming interactions as interaction cards.
Procedure
On the messaging interaction card, click 
for an inbound messaging interaction.

Result
Avaya Workspaces displays the Chat and Messaging widget to view the messaging conversations. Agents can continue to work on the interaction.
