Text avatars

Avaya Workspaces displays text avatars next to agent names. The avatar displays the first letter of the agent’s first and last name.

Avaya Workspaces text avatar supports Latin characters.

The following table lists examples for text avatars:


Agent’s name	Avatar	Description
Steve Martin		Avaya Workspaces displays the first letter of the agent’s: first name last name
1234		Avaya Workspaces displays the default avatar.
1Steve1		Avaya Workspaces displays the first alphabetic character of the name.
1Steve1 2Martin2		Avaya Workspaces displays the first alphabetic character from the agent’s: first name last name
