Enabling the agent state timer

About this task

You can enable the agent state timer. Avaya Workspaces displays the agent state timer next to the agent avatar. The agent state timer resets every time you change agent state.

Procedure

  1. On the top toolbar, click the Settings icon.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Select Show Agent state timer.
  4. Click Save.
