Switching the call to a carrier
About this task
Switch to another carrier during a call to resume the call using another phone number. For example, after initiating a call on Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App, you can switch the carrier to resume the call from your personal phone number.
Before you begin
Initiate a phone call.
Procedure
- During a phone call, on the call menu, tap
. - Tap Switch to carrier
- On the Enter mobile number window, in the Mobile number field, type the mobile number to resume the call.
Result
Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App resumes the call using the phone number you typed.
