The bottom menu bar is used to navigate across the different tabs on Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App. From the bottom menu bar, you can access the following tabs:
Message: To send and receive messages, create and collaborate in teams, share files, and create tasks.
Video: To start, schedule, and join meetings, manage recordings, and view recent meetings.
Phone: To make and receive phone calls, manage your call history, and listen to your voicemails and call recordings.
Text: To send and receive text messages.
Contacts: To add, view, and manage your contacts, including administrators, company users, guest users, and personal contacts.
More: To expand the bar and reveal additional tabs.
Fax: To send, receive, and view faxes. You can also download and forward faxes.
Tasks: To create, view, and manage your tasks from all your active conversations.
Events: To view the calendar for team events from all your active conversations.
You can access the tabs listed above regardless of your user role. However, if your account has the necessary permissions, Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App also displays the following tabs in the bottom menu bar:
Park: To view the availability of your private park locations.
Analytics: To access the Analytics portal for statistics and reports.
Admin: To access the administrator settings.
