Managing a voicemail

About this task

You can mark, share, and delete your voicemails or initiate a callback to the sender of a voicemail on the Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App.

Procedure

  1. At the bottom menu bar, tap the Phone tab.
  2. Tap Voicemail to view all voicemail entries.
  3. Tap an entry to listen to a voicemail.

    Avaya Cloud Office Mobile App plays the voicemail.

  4. Optional Use the slider to rewind or fast-forward the message.
  5. Do one of the following to manage the voicemail:

    • Tap the Audio Call icon to initiate a callback to the sender of the message.

    • Tap the Share icon to share the message as an mp3 file.

    • Tap Mark as Unread icon to mark the message as unread.

    • Tap the Delete icon to delete the message.

    You can tap and hold a voicemail entry to access the options to mark as read, delete, or share a message, initiate a callback to the sender of the message, or copy the number of the sender to your clipboard.
