To ensure optimum performance and uninterrupted service, the CMS dictionary must be kept up-to-date. The CMS PC Supervisor has a limit of 32,000 entries in the CMS dictionary.

You can verify the current number of entries using the following query:

select count(*) from synonyms

If the query exceeds 32,000, certain dictionary values, such as agent logids, skill names, and VDN names, might not be displayed on CMS PC Supervisor reports. However, the CMS Web Supervisor continues to function normally.

You can add, modify, or delete entries in the CMS dictionary using the CMS PC Supervisor or the CMS Web Supervisor.
