Setting the WebLM server address (weblm_set)

About this task

You can use this process to set the address of the WebLM server providing the CMS license.

Log in to the CMS server with root privileges.
- To log in as root from a remote connection, you must log in using an CMS user ID, then enter su - root to log on with root privileges
Enter cmssvc. The system displays the service menu.
Turn off the CMS software:
1. Select run_cms.
2. Select Enter the number to turn off the CMS software.
Enter the number associated with the weblm_set option. The system displays the following:
```
Please enter the hostname for the WebLM license server: (default: 10.10.10.10)
```
Enter the IP address or host name of the WebLM server where the CMS license is installed. The system displays the following:
```
Please enter the CMS server license ID: (default: XXX)
```

Enter the CMS server license ID. The system displays the following:

Web URL is now authorized as https://10.20.30.40:52233/WebLM/LicenseServer.WebLM

Restart the CMS software:
1. Enter the number associated with the run_cms option.
2. Enter the option to turn on the CMS software.
