The following list shows the tasks that the CMS administrator can do from the CMSADM menu:

• Define a new Automatic Call Distribution (ACD).

• Remove an ACD.

• Back up the file systems to tape.

• Install or remove a feature package.

• Turn a feature package on or off.

• Turn the IDS software on or off.

• Turn the CMS software on or off.

• Turn password aging on or off.

• Change Informix DB access permissions.

• Change configuration for an installed feature package.
