You can use this process to remove a feature package plus all files and database items associated with that feature package.
Caution:
Removing a feature package also removes all files and database data associated with that package.
Procedure
Log in to the CMS server with root privileges.
To log in as root from a remote connection, you must log in using an CMS user ID, then enter su - root to log on with root privileges
Enter cmsadm. The system displays the administration menu.
Turn off the CMS software:
Select run_cms.
Select Enter the number to turn off the CMS software.
Enter the number associated with the pkg_remove option. The system displays a list of the installed feature packages.
Enter the number associated with the feature package you want to remove. The system displays a message indicating the feature is removed.
For the multi-tenancy feature package, the system displays a menu where you can choose to delete all tenant users or change the tenant users to normal users.
Should tenant users be:
1) deleted
2) changed to normal users
Enter choice (1-2) or q to quit:
Restart the CMS software:
Enter the number associated with the run_cms option.
