Use almenable to enable or disable dial-out and SNMP alarm origination.

Syntax

almenable [ -d [n] ] [ -s [y|n] ] [ -? ]
-d n

Set the dial-out alarm origination to neither (default). Disable alarming dial-out. Alarm Origination does not occur, reports are not sent to either OSS number.

-s y|n

Enable (y) or disable (n) alarming through SNMP. The default is y.

-?

Display the usage statement.
