Use almsuppress to suppress/unsuppress alarm origination or to check the state of alarm suppression. Use this command to stop alarms during troubleshooting operations.
Syntax
almsuppress[ -s [y|n] ] [ -t minutes ] [ -? ]
-sy|n
Suppress (y) or unsuppress (n) alarm origination for 30 minutes. The default is y.
-t minutes
Number of minutes to suppress alarm origination, where minutes is in the range of 30–120. The default is 30 minutes.
