Creating a new campaign

Keywords:
  1. Press F7 or click Campaign Editor.
  2. Select Create a new Campaign and click Next.
  3. The Customer Prompts window is displayed.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Click . The Please Edit the Campaign action window opens. Each campaign can include up to 21 questions.
    • Click OK when you have entered the customer prompts.
    • Adjust the prompts as required.
      • Edit action: Edit the currently highlighted campaign action.
      • Delete action: Delete the currently highlighted campaign action.
      • Move action: Move the position of an action in the sequence of campaign actions.
    • Click Next.
  4. The Customer Menu window is displayed.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Select which options are available after the prompt is played.
    • Click Next.
  5. The Campaign Identification window is displayed.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    • Enter the details on identifying the campaign.
    • Click Next.
  6. Click Finish to create the campaign.
