The name of your contact center configuration. If you have multiple contact centers, each must have a unique Internal Name.
You can type a maximum of 40 alphanumeric characters with no spaces or punctuation marks.
Owner
The name of the Dynamics 365 user who created the contact center configuration. By default, Dynamics 365 fills in this field with your name.
Display Name
The name of your contact center that Dynamics 365 displays on the Active Call Centers page. If you have multiple contact centers, each must have a unique Display Name.
