Log on to the Communication Manager System Access Terminal (SAT).
In the command prompt, type change ip-network-region x. Where, x is the network region number to administer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Communication Manager displays the Inter Network Region Connection Management page. Scroll down to the AGL column.
Check your settings for the AGL column.
To use the Administrable AGL feature, enter a numeric value in the field for the region that you want to administer.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
You can enter the values from 0 through 16. This value determines the number of Processor Ethernet (PROCR) addresses included from the destination region in the AGL when a telephone registers in the source region.
Note:
You can use the Communication Manager administrable AGL option if every row has a numeric value or is blank. Communication Manager ignores blank values.
If the value is all or blank, the system uses the Release 5.0 or earlier version of this feature to determine AGL.
If the value is all for any row, you cannot enter a number into any of the other rows.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
In this case, set them to all or blank. Note that if the value for every row is all or blank, the system automatically uses the Release 5.1 or earlier version of this feature to determine AGL.
