You can enable the zip tone to play for internal users only for all incoming and outgoing trunk calls.
When you enable the Internal Users Only field, Communication Manager disables the Outgoing Trunk Alerting Timer (minutes) field and enables the Trunk Alerting Timer (minutes) field with an interval ranging from 0 to 999.
Before you begin
In the Feature-Related System Parameters screen, enable the Use Trunk COR for Outgoing Trunk Disconnect/Alert? field.
Log in to the Communication Manager CLI.
In the command prompt, type change cor n, where n is the number of a specific COR.
Go to page 3 of the COR form.
In the Internal Users Only field, enter Y.
In the Trunk Alerting Timer (minutes) field, enter the required value between 0 to 999.
