Advanced Parameters options

The following table lists examples of the parameter options that you can add to configure the virtual agent according to your requirements.

Name

Description

codecType

Recommended values include PCMU or PCMA. However, depending on your requirements, you can add other values. For example:

  • OPUS

  • OPUS_NARROW

  • OPUS_CONSTRAINED

  • PCMU

  • PCMA

  • G722

  • G722_24K

  • G722_32K

  • G726

  • G729A

domain

The default Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud domain, used as the BYOBot SIP Invite To and ReqURI values.

You must only use the default domain.

from

The customer's caller ID from which the BYOBot SIP virtual agent receives the call.

fromDisplayName

The display name for the BYOBot SIP call.

trunkName

The hybrid trunk to use for the BYOBot SIP call. By default, this includes the customer's hybrid trunk name.

If a customer has more than one hybrid trunk, they can specify one of the multiple hybrid trunk names.

trunkNames

A list of hybrid trunks in order of priority.

This applies to customers who have more than one hybrid trunk.

pai

The PAI username of the BYOBot SIP call.

paiDisplayName

The PAI display name of the BYOBot SIP call.

paiDomain

The PAI domain of the BYOBot SIP call.

axpDialogIdHeader

The custom header name that contains the Dialog ID.

axpLanguageHeader

The custom header name that contains information about the language used in the BYOBot SIP.
