Changing preferences for audio notifications

You can change the audio notification preferences from the Settings page.
  1. In the navigation pane, click the Settings icon.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    The system displays the Settings widget.
  2. Select or clear the check boxes next to the following fields:
    • System notifications
    • DTMF
    • Incoming Call notifications
    • Incoming Video notifications
    • Incoming Chat notifications
    • Incoming Email notifications
    • Incoming Messaging notifications
    • Incoming SMS notifications
    • Incoming Social notifications
    • Incoming Generic Channel notifications
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can also select the Select All check box to select all fields.
  3. Click SAVE.
