An Avaya Breeze® platform server is using the wrong credentials to connect to Avaya Aura® Media Server.

Verify that the user ID and password configured in the Avaya Breeze® platform cluster attributes are identical to those configured on Avaya Aura® Media Server for basic authentication in the REST configuration.
