Notes
1
Check if the versions of System Manager and Avaya Breeze® platform are compatible.

2
Check the network connectivity between System Manager and Avaya Breeze® platform using the ping command.
Check if any of the IPs that are assigned to System Manager or Avaya Breeze® platform are already in use by some other entity.
Check if the VM Network selected for VMs is correct.
Is the DNS able to resolve the FQDNs for both System Manager or Avaya Breeze® platform servers?
3
Is NTP set to the same NTP server?
Check if the effective time on the Avaya Breeze® platform node is same as the time on System Manager.
4
Is trust management successful?
If trust management is successful then log on to the Avaya Breeze® platform node and run the initDRS command on the command prompt. Wait for the initDRS command to complete before exiting. Check if the initDRS command completes successfully.
If the initDRS command completes successfully wait for a few minutes for replication to complete.
If the initDRS command does not complete successfully then check if the virtual FQN of System Manager has been updated. If the virtual FQN has been updated then run the CEnetsetup command on the Avaya Breeze® platform node again.
If trust management is not successful, run the initTM command. After the initTM completes successfully, run the initDRS command. If the initTM command does not completes successfully and contains errors, run the initTM –f command to reconfigure the trust settings on Avaya Breeze® platform node.
