Troubleshooting network configuration errors

About this task

The Security Module network parameters are configured during the installation and administration. Avaya Breeze® platform raises an alarm if the Security Module is not configured or if the module is not configured correctly. This alarm indicates there might be a problem with:

  • a NIC.

  • the network.

  • the network configuration.

  • the virtual machine configuration.

Procedure

  1. Check the Security Module configuration information.
  2. Check if a problem exists in the network.
  3. Check the network configuration information.
  4. Check the virtual machine configuration information.
