The maintenance test for Cluster Database reports a node failure even though the status of the node is Green.
Solution
Procedure
Log in to the Avaya Breeze® platform instance as an administrator.
Do the following to verify the connectivity to the host:
Ping virtualHaDbMaster from all the nodes in the cluster.
Ping EdpHaDbMaster from all the nodes in the cluster.
Correct all network connectivity issues.
The DNAT address of virtualHaDbMaster is 192.11.13.200. If virtualHaDbMaster or EdpHaDbMaster is unknown to the host, contact Avaya Support: https://support.avaya.com
Check the /var/log/Avaya/sm/clusterdb.log on all the nodes for errors.
The /var/log/Avaya/sm/clusterdb.log contains periodic records of the cluster database process status. Records in the log have the following format:
