In System Manager, click Elements > Avaya Breeze®.
In the navigation pane, click System Tools And Monitoring > Maintenance Tests.
From the Select Avaya Breeze to test drop-down list, select an Avaya Breeze® platform server.
Select Test Reliable Eventing Framework.
Click Execute Selected Tests. If the test fails, verify the following:
The Avaya Breeze® platform node server status on the Server Administration page. If the Avaya Breeze® platform node is not running restart the Avaya Breeze® platform node.
The broker status on the Reliable Eventing Administration page. A high-availability (HA) broker group must have a minimum of two running brokers in a cluster. By design, a broker is not in the running state when the Avaya Breeze® platform node is moved to the Deny New Service state.
Network connection between clients both producer and consumer, and the broker.
