The Security Module network firewall restricts access to all interfaces except for the interfaces and ports defined in Avaya Breeze® platform: Port Matrix.

You can make on-demand requests using the pinhole mechanism to open or close temporary pinholes through the network firewall.

If an application fails to open a pinhole, there might be an internal Avaya Breeze® platform problem. If the problem persists, contact Avaya Support: https://support.avaya.com.
