Condition

Maintenance test for DCM sanity check failed.

Solution

Procedure

  1. Establish an SSH session with the Avaya Breeze® platform instance for which the maintenance test is failing.
  2. Run the statapp command and verify the status of the dcm application.
  3. If the status of the dcm application is DOWN then type the start -s dcm command to start the dcm service.
