Avaya Breeze platform instance resolution failure

This alarm occurs when the administration for the Avaya Breeze® platform instance does not match the IP address of the configured management interface.

Possible causes include:

  • The IP address of the Avaya Breeze® platform instance is incorrect.

  • The IP address of the Security Module was entered instead of the IP address of the Avaya Breeze® platform instance.

  • The DNS name resolves to multiple IP addresses or no IP address.
