Subscribing to a dossier

About this task

You can subscribe to any dossier to receive updated copies of that dossier in the chosen format.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  3. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  4. Click Dossier.
  5. In the dossier for which you want to create a subscription, click the Subscriptions link below the icon of the dossier.
  6. Click Add <the type of the subscription> subscription.

    For information about the type of subscriptions, see Subscription of reports.

  7. In the Name field, type a name for the subscription.

    The Dossier field displays the name of the dossier.

  8. In the Schedule field, select a schedule from the drop-down list for the subscription.
  9. To add more recipients for the subscription, click To.
  10. In the rest of the fields, enter the required details.
  11. Click OK.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud confirms the subscription and displays the available details.

  12. Optional To create another subscription, click OK.
