Running and viewing a dossier

Before you begin

You must have supervisor credentials to run a dossier.

About this task

As as supervisor, you can run and view a dossier for a graphical visualization of the contact center performance.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud.
  2. On the Home page, in the navigation pane, click Shared Reports.
  3. In the content pane, click Standard Historical Reports.
  4. Click Dossier.
  5. From the available dossiers, click the dossier you want to run.
  6. On the input prompts, specify the values.
  7. Click Run Dossier.

    Analytics for Avaya Experience Platform™ Public Cloud displays the dossier summary page based on the values specified in the input prompts.

  8. To view the dossier in presentation mode, click the Presentation Mode icon.
  9. Depending on the duration for which you want to view the dossier, click Interval, Daily, or Monthly.

    By default, the dossiers display the Interval page.
