Disabling data collection through Google Analytics

Avaya can use Google Analytics to collect anonymous data, such as call durations, from the Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience. Avaya uses this data to improve product quality. You can disable this data collection through the Support menu in the Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience.
Your administrator can also disable Google Analytics. In such instances, the option to enable or disable Google Analytics is not available in the Support menu of the built-in UC experience.
  1. Tap the Dial pad or any other tab to open the Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience.
  2. Tap ExtensionSupport.
  3. Clear the Quality Improvement check box to disable data collection by Avaya.
