You can change the ringtone for incoming calls in the Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience. You can select from a list of built-in and administrator-downloaded ringtones.
You continue to hear a distinctive ringtone for incoming priority calls.
Note:
After upgrading from Android 9 to Android 12, Avaya Vantage™ automatically reverts to the default ringtone due to architectural changes in the system. You can change it back to your preferred ringtone afterward.
