Use this procedure to route all incoming calls to a predefined number set by your administrator. The number is usually your corporate voice mail number.
Your administrator must configure the Send All Call feature for your extension.
  1. Tap the Dial pad tab.
  2. Tap ExtensionUser Settings.
  3. Tap Application.
  4. Under Call Features, enable Send All Calls.
