Joining an ongoing bridged call

Last Updated : Aug 07, 2023 |
Prolog information
Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience provides visual alerts of an ongoing bridged call. You can join an ongoing bridged call if you are the primary extension owner or have the bridged call appearance of that extension.
For example, if the secretary makes or receives a call on behalf of the boss, the Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience on the boss's device indicates an ongoing call on the primary number. The boss can then tap on the active bridged call indicator to join the call.
  1. Tap the Dial pad tab.
  2. Tap the active bridged call indicator next to your user profile icon, as shown in the following image:
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Build-in UC experience screen on K155 with an active bridged call
  3. Tap the join call button beside the ongoing bridged call you want to join.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Ongoing calls window on K155
    STEP RESULT:
Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience bridges you onto the call and converts it into a conference call.
