Presence Services is an application that indicates your availability or presence through the presence states. Presence Services supports the presence information gathered from different sources and aggregates this information for each user. Presence Services then makes this status information, such as Available, Busy or Offline, available to Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience users.
For example, in the IP Office environment, Presence Services supports application and telephony presence information gathered from IP Office and aggregates this information for each user.
Note:
Avaya Vantage™ supports Presence Services in the Avaya Aura® and IP Office environments. Avaya Vantage™ does not support Presence Services in the Open SIP environment.

  • Change your custom presence status message.
