You can enable Avaya Vantage™ built-in Unified Communications experience to send all incoming calls to voice mail when your presence status is Do not disturb (DND).
Your administrator must configure the Send All Call feature for your extension.
Tap the Dial pad tab.
Tap ExtensionUser Settings.
Tap Application.
Under Presence Settings, enable Activate Send All Calls When Do not Disturb Is Set.
