Answering a call when on another call

Prolog information
While on an active call, you can receive and answer a second incoming call.
While on an active call on Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience, if you accept an incoming Avaya Spaces call, the call on Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience is put on hold. Inversely, during an Avaya Spaces call, if you accept a call on Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience, the Avaya Spaces call gets disconnected.
  1. Do one of the following:
    • To answer the call as audio-only, tap Answer audio call icon.
    • To accept a video call, tap Answer video call icon.
    • Lift the handset from the cradle if you are not already using it for the original call.
      If you use the speakerphone for your active call and switch to your handset when an incoming call rings, Avaya Vantage™ does not change the audio path from the speakerphone to the handset for your original call. Instead, the incoming call is answered through the handset.
    STEP RESULT:
    The Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience puts the first call on hold and establishes the connection for the second call.
