Joining an Avaya Meetings Server meeting

In the Avaya Vantage™ built-in UC experience, you can use an Avaya Meetings Server or Avaya Equinox® Meetings Online meeting URL to join the meeting.
Before you begin
Ensure that you have:
  • The URL of the meeting.
  • The meeting ID.
  1. On the Dial pad screen, tap Join Meeting.
  2. On the Join Meeting screen, enter the following information:
    1. Your Name: You display name that will be visible to other participants in the meeting.
    2. Meeting Address: The conference address URL.
      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
      You can provide the full URL of the meeting with the tenant ID or a short URL without a tenant ID. You can use one of the following URL formats:
      • Without tenant ID: https://<FQDN>[:port]/portal/
        Example: https://meetings.avaya.com/portal/
      • With meeting ID: https://<FQDN>[:port]/portal/tenants/<tenant ID>/?ID=<meeting ID>
        Example: https://meetings.avaya.com/portal/tenants/1023/?ID=90313012345678
      • Without meeting ID: https://<FQDN>[:port]/portal/tenants/<tenant ID>/
        Example: https://meetings.avaya.com/portal/tenants/1023/
    3. Meeting ID: The meeting ID of the virtual meeting room.
      ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
      If the conference URL contains the meeting ID, this field is automatically populated. Otherwise, you must enter the ID manually.
  3. Tap Join.
    STEP RESULT:
    Avaya Vantage™ opens the virtual meeting room.
