The system printer schedules reports to print. You can also use the system printer to print specific reports.
The Report Scheduler feature uses the system printer as the output device. You must administer the hardware parameters for the system printer on the Feature-related system parameters screen. To gain access to the Feature-related system parameters screen, use the change system-parameters features command.
Note:
The system printer must use the TCP/IP interface or the Electronic Industries Association (EIA) RS-232 asynchronous serial interface. Depending on the type or model of the printer, you might have to administer certain hardware options and switch settings during the installation.
