Name

Description

Pat. No.

The route pattern number selected for measurement.

Queue Size

The size of the queue for the first trunk group in the route pattern. A queue is an ordered sequence of calls waiting to be processed.

Calls Offered

The total number of calls offered to the route pattern.

The calls offered include:

  • The calls carried on all trunks in the route pattern.

  • The calls that cannot be queued because the queue slots are unavailable.

  • The calls that are queued, but abandoned the queue before seizing a trunk.

  • The calls that cannot be queued because the queue length is set to zero.

Calls Carried

The total number of seizures in the routing pattern.

Calls Blocked

The number of outgoing calls that find all trunk groups in the pattern busy.

A blocked call cannot be queued if:

  • The queue length is set to zero.

  • The Automatic Callback button is busy or not configured.

Calls Queued

The number of calls that find all trunk groups in the pattern busy. The system puts these calls in the queue for the first trunk group in the pattern and increases the blocked calls counter.

Queue Ovflo.

The number of calls that find the queue on the first trunk group full. The system sends a reorder signal to the calls attempted while the queue is in overflow and increases the blocked calls counter.

Grp No.

A unique number that identifies the trunk group associated with the displayed data. Trunk groups are listed in the same order as on the Route Pattern screen.

Grp Type

The group type of the trunk group.

Grp Size

The number of trunks in the trunk group.

Grp Dir

The direction of the assigned trunk groups:

  • Outgoing

  • Two-way

Incoming trunks are not included in route patterns.

% Calls Carried

The graphic display showing the percentage of total calls that trunk groups carry over the route pattern.

% Calls

The percentage of total calls that trunk groups carry over the route pattern.

The first trunk group listed in the report is the first choice trunk group. This trunk group must carry a significant percentage of the calls. If not, you must add more trunk groups.

Total Calls

The total number of calls that trunk groups carry over the route pattern. For the today report, this field indicates the number of calls carried since the previous midnight. For the yesterday report, this field indicates the number of calls carried yesterday.

Wideband Flag

The status of Wideband Switching. If a trunk group is administered to support Wideband Switching, the system displays a W next to the trunk group entry.
