The Call Summary Measurements report provides an hourly summary of the traffic data for the last 24 hours. The system counts all completed calls, except the calls directed to an announcement or generated for maintenance purpose. For example, a facility access test call is not counted as a completed call.
Note:
The system counts calls on initial completion, but does not count the conference and transfer calls.
