Description

Path No.

The number that identifies the coverage path.

Meas Hour

The starting time of the hour during which the largest number of calls are directed to the coverage path.

Note:

A pair of asterisks (*) in the minute part indicates that the switch time was changed during the measurements interval. For example, 10**.

Calls Offrd

The number of calls offered to the coverage path.

Act Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal is active.

Bsy Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal is busy.

DA Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when the principal does not answer the call after the administered number of rings.

All Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when Cover All is enabled on the principal.

SAC Criteria

The number of calls offered to the coverage path when Send All Calls (SAC) is enabled on the principal.

Cback

The number of calls offered to coverage path when the calling party enables Leave Word Calling or Automatic CallBack before a coverage point answers the call.

Point Ans

The number of calls answered by a coverage point.

Point Abd

The number of calls that the caller abandons while the call is ringing at a coverage point.
