Name

Description

Group Number

The hunt group number.

Group Name

The name assigned to the hunt group.

Group Extension

The extension of the hunt group.

Group Type

The group type of the hunt group.

ACD

The value that indicates whether Automatic Call Distribution is enabled.

Skill

The value that indicates whether the hunt group functions as an ACD skill.

Members

The number of hunt group members.

Phys Ext

The station extension of the hunt group member.

Phys Name

The station name of the hunt group member.

Login Ext

The login extension of the hunt group member.

Login Name

The login name of the hunt group member.

Agt Prf

The call handling preference. The field displays one of the following values:

  • lvl: Skill level

  • grt: Greatest need

  • pal: Percentage allocation

Lv

The skill level or reserve level. The field displays one of the following values:

  • 01 or 02 for Skill Level without EAS PHD.

  • 01 to 16 for Skill Level with EAS PHD.

  • R1 or R2 for Reserve Level.

Per All

The percentage of agent time allotted to a skill. The system displays this field only if the Agt Prf field is set to pal.

SO

The value that indicates whether Service Objective is active for an agent. The system displays this field only if the Agt Prf field is set to lvl or grt.

DF

The value that indicates whether direct agent calls are delivered first to the agent. The system displays this field only if the Agt Prf field is set to pal.

Wrk Tim

The ratio of the agent work time for a skill to the agent staffed time.

Occ

The ratio of agent work time for all skills to the agent staffed time.

AR

The value that indicates whether the agent is an auto reserve agent.
