Use the Hunt Group Data worksheet to back up the data from the reports and to identify the peak hour. The data from the identified peak hour must be used in the subsequent calculations.
Note:
The data collected in a real-time environment usually deviates from the theoretically predicted data. This deviation is because of the asynchronous nature of processes and the interactions with other events, such as maintenance.
