PEAK HOUR TRUNK BLOCKING

The trunk groups with the highest percentage of blocking in the measurement period.

For incoming trunk groups, the percentage of blocking is displayed as Percent All Trunks Busy (% ATB). % ATB is the percentage of time that all trunks are simultaneously in use during the measurement period.

For outgoing and two-way trunk groups, the percentage of blocking is displayed as % Out Blocking. % Out Blocking is the percentage of outgoing calls that arrive when all trunks are busy during the measurement period.

DAILY ROUTING PATTERN CALLS CARRIED

The percentage of calls carried by the route patterns specified on the ROUTE PATTERN MEASUREMENT SELECTION screen.

TRUNKS OUT OF SERVICE

The trunk groups with trunks that are out of service during the measurement period. The field displays more trunks out of service when:

• More than four trunk groups have trunks that are out of service during the measurement period.

• A trunk group has more than 10 trunks that are out of service during the measurement period.

TRUNKS NOT USED

The trunk groups with trunks that are not used during the measurement period. The field displays more trunks not used when:

• More than four trunk groups have trunks that are not used during the measurement period.

• A trunk group has more than five trunks that are not used during the measurement period.
